We accept ICBC, RCMP, MSP and private patients. There is no referral necessary for private physiotherapy, and serious injuries can often be avoided or minimized if patients receive treatment before their problems become aggravated.
Length of treatment may vary depending on individual needs, as well as the type of treatment being provided. Therefore, costs associated are not based on duration, rather based upon appointment booking. While we do our best to accommodate all of our patients’ needs, our bookings aim to address 1 area at a time, with a maximum of 2 areas per treatment session if time permits in order to efficiently manage treatments.

Our team aims to make your visit a pleasant one. In our efforts to provide the best experience for you, our office has implemented a late arrival policy. If a patient is more than 10 minutes late for the scheduled appointment, the *appointment may need to be rescheduled. This is to ensure that the patients who do arrive on time do not have to wait longer than necessary to see the therapist. We will try to accommodate late-comers as best as possible, but cannot compromise the quality and timely care provided to our other patients. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this policy, so that we can efficiently and effectively provide excellent care to our patients.
