Jessica’s passion for understanding the human body started early—her shelves were filled with biology and archaeology books, and she was always eager to learn how things worked. In high school, volunteering at her local hospital confirmed that she belonged in healthcare, drawn to the idea of using her knowledge to help others. It wasn’t until her senior year, after months of physiotherapy recovering from a soccer injury, that she truly saw the impact of combining scientific understanding with hands-on, individualized care—and she knew physiotherapy was the perfect fit.
Jessica specializes in vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management, providing gold-standard assessments using infrared goggles to isolate and treat vertigo and dizziness-related disorders. She takes a comprehensive multi-system approach, evaluating the autonomic nervous system, musculoskeletal system, functional vision, vestibular system, and balance to create effective, research-based treatment plans.
Jessica is passionate about helping her patients regain confidence in their movement and improve their quality of life. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, biking, and skiing with her family.
